Josh grew up in Eastern Kentucky. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2001. Shasta grew up in Southern West Virginia in the small rural town of Lester, West Virginia. She graduated from Mountain State University in 2003. They both attended law school in Grundy, VA where they met and both graduated with Juris Doctorate Degrees. They have two beautiful children, Joscelyn and Jase.

In 2011, they opened their own law office the Mullins Law Firm, PSC in Hazard, Kentucky. They have grown their law office into a very successful and lucrative business/brand. They are licensed in KY, WV, and TN and handle cases across the continental United States. Josh and Shasta both intend to use the same determination and drive they used in building their law practice brand to make the BTB brand just as successful while promoting their sponsors.
